Railswarians are free to decide where to work (coworking, home, or in a journey), how to work (workload and projects), and when to work (working hours, timezone).
Once joined the team, we’ll provide you with the secure equipment of your choice.
Every country has its own public holidays, so we decided that it’s up to you which one to celebrate. You get 24 paid days off + 10 for your holidays.

At Railsware, we don’t tell you how or what to learn. You get a dedicated sum that you can use to participate in conferences, visit workshops or take courses of your choice. Additionally, we can support your participation in a course or a conference you believe is essential for your team.
We regularly socialize online and offline and it helps us build connections and enhance the team spirit.

Railsware Pair Interview

Pair work is an essential part of our culture. It's an efficient approach to communicate ideas, discuss objections, explain the vision and stay productive as a team.

During the RPI we work together as equal teammates on several hands-on tasks to simulate your future work. We share all the context, our approaches, and ask for your ideas and feedback.
Full or Half-day Collaboration

To get a sense of our team vibe, we run a Half or Full day interview. You will work together with our team, as if you’ve already joined Railsware.

The tasks are designed to help you demonstrate your knowledge, experience, best soft and hard skills. At the same time, you can test us and make a decision if there is a match.
